Meet Ryann Lavenia

Ryann is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Advance Registered Nurse Practitioner. Her journey in Aesthetics began in 2015. She is the founder of FIBB Aesthetic, Laser, and Wellness Institute. She developed this program because she is passionate about the aesthetic industry and believes that education is the key to raising the standard of care in the aesthetic world.
We offer training for injectables, such as BOTOX® and fillers, and laser training. Ryann’s knowledge and expertise with Sciton laser equipment has made her a part of the Sciton Luminary Team. This title has earned Ryann one of the notary positions in the National Spotlight as she is one of the speakers at Sciton events. Ryann believes in laser education and increasing laser safety in the industry. She has a training program for BBL, BBL Hero, SkinTyte Halo, Moxi, BareHR, and Forever Bare.
With regards to the injectable side of the industry, Ryann has been trained by some of the best in the world including Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Fagien, and Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera. She teaches basic techniques for newer practitioners to help increase knowledge and skill level to improve safety in the industry.
Advanced training is also available for those who are looking to advance their practice to a whole new level. Advanced techniques include Cannula training and Sculptra training. She believes training is critical to help improve knowledge, industry safety, and confidence.
